Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by Sezzle, ShopPay, PayPal, AmazonPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you decide to use these payments methods, you’ll be taken to either the Sezzle, ShopPay, PayPal, AmazonPay, Apple pay or Google Pay pages, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at luxlashandhair@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us, in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with your payment, your address or with our stock.

If you enter a P.O Box as your address, we will cancel your order. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.

Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Because we start proccessing orders right away, we can not cancel any order.

Please verify address before submitting your payment.

When will my order arrive?

ALL Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Ready to ship orders will be processed the same day if placed before 2pm EST, or the next day if placed after 2pm.

Once processed, delivery should be within 2-4 business day depending on shipping method.

 

Pre-orders will be processed in 7-20 business days. Once processed shipping time is 2-4 business days within the U.S.

*Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping to the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the shipping method.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

You can also go directly to the main page of our website and enter your email and phone number in "track your order".

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our products, No refunds. No Exchanges. No exceptions. 

In case of an error on our part, please notify us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER , AND DO NOT USE THE HAIR. We will replace the item or offer you a store credit. Any alterations to the hair will void your exchange/return. Do not wash, Do not comb or Do not cut the lace.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products and/or wigs that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the packaging and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange/store credit policies are voided.

Please verify order and address before submitting your payment.

Because we start processing orders right away, we CAN NOT cancel any order.

Misc

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do have digital gift cards. These are issued electronically by email and each contain a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift card instead for the value of $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $250 or $500.
